Power Closer’s New Hire Training

  • ✺Day One: Foundation

    New hires are introduced to core insurance concepts, product types, and compliance essentials. The day ends with role-play scenarios to reinforce learning and boost confidence.

  • ✺Day Two: Framework

    Trainees learn the step-by-step Power Closers sales framework, focusing on building rapport and identifying client needs. Interactive exercises help develop active listening and effective questioning techniques.

  • ✺Day Three: Objections and Closing

    This session dives into common objections and how to respond with confidence and clarity. Agents practice closing strategies designed to convert leads into policies on the first call.

  • ✺Day Four: Cross-Selling

    Agents explore cross-selling techniques to maximize policy value and enhance customer lifetime value. Training includes building trust, follow-up systems, and upselling with integrity.

  • ✺Day Five: Role-Playing and Quoting

    Participants apply what they’ve learned in live role-play calls with real-time feedback from coaches. The program wraps with personalized improvement plans and readiness assessments to launch agents into the field.

  • ✺Week Two: Skills into Action

    In week two, new hires begin quoting real leads while receiving ongoing support and coaching. The program also introduces detailed quoting reviews and call scoring to help agents refine their approach, improve communication, and consistently increase close rates.
